"I purchased this from the “A” word on-line. My cat has been eating this for over a year, he refused to eat it. I purchased a different flavor and it was fine. I was concerned the food was contaminated I reached out to customer service. What a wonderful experience! After a few reasonable questions and friendly discussion about how great pets are-the food was replaced! As a side note the customer service rep said if the food is mishandled (ie: delivered in a bag not a box) it could get a micro tear and cause spoilage."
